Go to this page, http://conibelleauadams.com/children2.asp and click the 2nd thumbnail from left in top row.
The next / prev buttons always have to be clicked twice to function. Seems to be the only image doing that.

The next link over, the one with the thumbnail of maudlinboy2.jpg, also links to the same image (maudlin-big.jpg). Consequently, that image appears twice in the gallery set.
