Good Day
I was thinking of adding a "PRELOAD" image script to my pages that have Floatbox some of my pages have up to 10 thumbnails with 2 or 3 images per thumbnail, this adds up to 20 images of 85KB to 115KB for each page, is it necessary to preload images when using the Floatbox script? It looks like most of my images are automatically loaded immediately into the CACHE. I was under the impression that the image would not be loaded until clicked on and called for by the image call.
Regards

By default, floatbox will preload all images that are referenced by a floatboxed anchor's href. No need or benefit to use additional preloading. If the preloadAll option is set to false, only the first image will be preloaded and subsequent images in a gallery will be preloaded one at a time once the preceding image is displayed.
